Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Activities Assistant for a part-time role in Las Colinas. You will design and lead engaging activities for residents, helping to create a vibrant, inclusive community and lasting memories.

The position offers flexible part-time hours, friendly team, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in residents' daily lives. Prior healthcare or senior living experience is welcome but not required.

• Creativity, enthusiasm, and reliability
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and leading engaging, meaningful activities for residents
• Facilitate group programs such as games, arts and crafts, music, and social events
• Encourage resident participation and foster an inclusive, positive environment
• Support the Activities Director with activity setup, cleanup, and program development
