LiveNOW from FOX in Orlando is seeking a Senior Producer to lead our national live news coverage for digital platforms, overseeing editorial decisions and delivering timely, engaging content across streaming, social, and web. You will ensure high-quality coverage in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will mentor producers, coordinate with LiveNOW leadership, and uphold editorial standards while managing weekend and holiday shifts to shape the future of live digital journalism.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leading live news production across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
• BA/BS in Journalism, Communications or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of live streaming and video publishing processes.
• Proven ability to own projects and deliver key initiatives.
• Superior news judgment with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Proficiency with social media, SEO, and web analytics tools.
• Flexible with varied hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take a hands-on role in producing relevant, timely, live coverage for digital platforms.
• Lead editorial decisions and ensure content meets standards across platforms.
• Monitor feeds, social media, and other news gathering tools for fresh content.
• Contribute to coverage plans for major stories and live events to boost engagement.
• Mentor and develop other producers; foster a positive work environment.
• Train staff on technical, editorial, and presentation aspects of LiveNOW.
• Collaborate with LiveNOW leadership to optimize workflows.
