FOX News Channel’s LiveNOW team in Phoenix seeks a Senior Producer to lead live, digital-first news coverage. You’ll guide editorial decisions, monitor feeds and social chatter, and shape coverage plans for fast-paced events while mentoring newer producers and refining workflows with LiveNOW leadership.

The role emphasizes tech-savvy news production across digital, social, and broadcast platforms, with varied hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience leading the planning and producing of live news content across digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
BA/BS in Journalism, Communications or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of live streaming and video publishing.
Proven track record of leading and delivering key projects or initiatives.

Responsibilities

Take a hands-on role in producing relevant, timely, live coverage for digital platforms.
Lead editorial decisions and ensure content meets standards.
Monitor video feeds, social media, and other newsgathering tools for fresh content.
Contribute to coverage plans of major stories and live events.
Mentor and develop other producers and support a positive work environment.
Train staff on technical, editorial, and presentation aspects of LiveNOW.
Work with LiveNOW leadership to optimize producer workflows.
Help cultivate relationships with partners at FTS O&O stations and internal/external partners.
