Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a highly skilled Senior Managed Events Producer to join our Managed Events Services team. You will plan, manage, and produce live events for streaming broadcasts, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional virtual and hybrid/on-site meeting and event support to internal clients and senior leadership.

As the owner of the full event lifecycle, you will guide each engagement from initial planning and scheduling through execution, including live production and post-event

Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives.
• Background in video production and AV technology.
• Experience with Teams, Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting.
• Ability to work on-site five days a week with flexible hours and up to 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of events, from planning through post-event analysis.
• Produce and direct virtual and hybrid/on-site meetings and events.
• Utilize web-conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Webex, BlueJeans, GoToMeeting) with emphasis on Teams.
• Deliver white-glove meeting and event support for internal clients and senior leadership.
• Manage events and video projects using Agile methodologies.
• Operate on-site video conferencing hardware, including Cisco codecs and MTRs.
• Generate post-event metrics reporting and perform video editing.
• Commit to on-site presence five days a week with up to 20% travel.
