• Teaching continuing legal education programs for professional staff.
• Maintaining NY State CLE provider status and complying with CLE regulations.
• Conferencing cases for trial with assistant district attorneys.

Skills

Extensive knowledge of NY State Penal Law

Extensive knowledge of Criminal Procedure Law

Management experience

Teaching experience at college or law school level

Felony jury trial experience

Education

JD Degree and member in good standing of the NY State Bar
