Litigation Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Training Program Responsibilities

Candidates should be enthusiastic about contributing to and expanding a premier litigation training program. Key responsibilities include:

• Create and refine training program materials, such as slide decks, visual presentations, and workshop content.
• Implement and manage training initiatives, including weekly “office hours” and writing‑focused development programs.
• Collaborate with the Litigation Training Council and other internal stakeholders to coordinate initiatives across practice groups and business units.
• Maintain detailed documentation, timelines, and tracking systems to ensure timely and professional program delivery.

Split Responsibilities

• Non‑billable contributions to the firm’s litigation training program, working closely with a senior New York–based partner.
• Billable litigation work supporting teams on a range of general litigation matters for firm clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of civil litigation experience (complex civil litigation preferred; criminal or other non‑civil matters welcomed).
