Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3–4 years of legal experience in civil litigation or trial prep.
• Experience filing and serving pleadings, motions, discovery in state and federal courts, including notices of removal and dispositive motions.
• Ability to manage calendars, travel, depositions, hearings, and coordinate with court personnel.

Responsibilities

• Independently file and serve pleadings, motions, responses, and discovery in Texas State and Federal courts (e-file).
• Manage calendars, travel, appointments, depositions, and hearings with minimal supervision.
• Prepare pleadings and discovery documents from templates; coordinate service of subpoenas.
