The ideal candidate has a JD, state bar admission, at least six years of experience, a portable book of business of $350k+, and a demonstrated ability to mentor juniors while advancing strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Requires JD from an accredited law school.
• Bar admission in the state.
• Minimum 6 years of litigation experience with portable book of business $350k+.
• Strong deposition and pleading experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of business/commercial litigation from inception through resolution.
• Conduct depositions, draft pleadings, and argue motions.
• Collaborate with the litigation team to develop case strategies.
• Leverage business development expertise to attract and retain clients.
• Mentor junior attorneys and staff.
• Stay informed on changes in law to inform clients.
• Represent the firm at industry events and conferences.
