Job summary

Ideal candidate will handle complex matters, lead and grow statewide client relationships, with employment litigation experience preferred and a collaborative, client-focused approach.

You will mentor junior associates, manage strategic litigation, and work with cross-office teams to advance high-stakes cases.

Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in Michigan.
• 7–15 years of experience in complex civil litigation, employment experience preferred.
• Strong writing, advocacy, and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of complex civil litigation from filing to trial and appeal.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses with strategic analysis.
• Mentor junior litigation associates and develop client relationships.
