Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; ABA-approved paralegal certificate valued.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills required.
• Familiarity with iManage or other document management systems a plus.
• Experience with e-discovery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize records, documents, and files for deposition and trial prep.
• Prepare medical record chronologies and review case documents.
• Contact clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel for information.
• Assist attorneys with research, drafting pleadings, subpoenas, and motions.
• Coordinate depositions, calendar management, and court reporter logistics.
• Track document requests and verify receipt; log billable hours.
