Qualifications

• File pleadings with the court, ensuring accurate formatting.
• Compile exhibits for trials and other legal proceedings.
• Manage logistics for depositions and witness interviews.
• Draft initial pleadings under attorney guidance.
• Keep track of case deadlines and tasks.
