Qualifications

• 5–10 years of paralegal experience in any area of law.
• ABA-approved paralegal certification, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ownership of cases with confidence to approach attorneys to meet deadlines ahead of time.
• Master of prioritization.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Litigation paralegal: manage cases in family law, probate, and guardianship including deadlines, client relationships, and case progression.
• Task master: keep attorneys on track with task prioritization and upcoming deadlines.
• Maintain strong client relationships with regular contact and updates.
• Calendaring: maintain case files and deadlines, manage document control.
• Lead and support legal assistants.
• Assist in trial preparation and witness coordination.
