• Strong understanding of California state and federal procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage document collection, preservation, review, and electronic production.
• Coordinate discovery requests, tracking, and production.
• Draft discovery requests and responses.
• Maintain discovery dockets, databases, and deadlines.
• Assist with case preparation including depositions and trial prep.
• Conduct legal research using relevant tools.
• Utilize litigation management and trial presentation software.
