Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and Paralegal Certificate required.
• 8+ years of Paralegal experience.
• 8+ years Litigation experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with drafting, editing, and formatting of pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.
• Review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence to clients, opposing parties, and the court.
• Summarize findings for attorneys and support case strategy.
