Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal with full-cycle discovery and case management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools; experience with litigation support software and document management systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full discovery process: drafting, reviewing, and responding to requests; coordinate document productions; maintain privilege logs.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support: legal research, deposition preparation, trial prep, and post-trial filings.
• Oversee matter and case management: organize case files, calendars, deadlines, and tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to ensure timely handling of matters.
• Maintain and organize litigation records, filings, and correspondence per regulatory requirements.
