Job summary

Axiom is seeking a highly organized Litigation Paralegal in Philadelphia to support attorneys across a range of matters, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle discovery, case management, and general litigation support.

You will manage discovery requests, draft and review documents, prep for depositions and trials, maintain calendars, and coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure timely, accurate handling of matters; 7+ years' experience required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a litigation paralegal with full-cycle discovery experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, legal research tools, and document management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full discovery process, including drafting, reviewing, and responding to requests.
• Coordinate document productions and maintain privilege logs.
• Provide litigation support through legal research, deposition prep, and trial prep.
• Oversee matter and case management, calendars, and deadlines.
• Collaborate with attorneys and outside counsel for timely handling of matters.
