Job summary

The ONeil Search Group is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for a top international law firm's New York office. The role requires 4+ years of litigation paralegal experience and thorough knowledge of FRCP/CPLR, court rules, and electronic filing in NYSCEF and PACER.

You will assist attorneys across pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation, coordinate document productions, and draft relevant materials while maintaining high attention to detail and strong communication with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with Federal Court trials.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, deposition prep, motions, and trial prep in NY State and Federal Courts.
• Draft pleadings, discovery demands/responses, briefs, subpoenas, and motions with cite checking and bluebooking.
• Track discovery and document productions, manage productions, and conduct document review and analysis.
• Prepare case summaries and develop case strategy with attorneys.
• Electronic filing of NYSCEF and Federal Court documents.
