Job summary

Winston Staffing seeks a full-time Litigation Paralegal for a top-ranked New Jersey law firm in Roseland. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of law firm litigation experience and MUST have EDiscovery expertise.

Responsibilities include client contact, drafting correspondence, discovery demands, subpoenas and motions, case management of files, and electronic filing with state and federal courts. Proficiency with ESI and tools such as Relativity or Everlaw is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of law firm litigation experience required.
• Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing ESI.
• Must have EDiscovery experience and familiarity with Relativity and/or Everlaw.

Responsibilities

• Client contact and drafting of correspondence.
• Discovery demands, subpoenas and motions; case management of files.
• Organization and indexing of client documents.
• New Jersey State and Federal electronic filing and related tasks.
• Experience with producing documents and ESI for litigation using Relativity or Everlaw.
