Job summary

Winston Staffing seeks a full-time Litigation Paralegal for a top-ranked New Jersey law firm in Roseland. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of law firm litigation experience and MUST have EDiscovery expertise.

Responsibilities include client contact, drafting correspondence, discovery demands, subpoenas and motions, case management of files, and electronic filing with state and federal courts. Proficiency with ESI and tools such as Relativity or Everlaw is required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of law firm litigation experience required.
• Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing ESI.
• Must have EDiscovery experience and familiarity with Relativity and/or Everlaw.

2nd in command to paralegal manager.

The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, sound judgment, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include:

• client contact, drafting of correspondence
• discovery demands, subpoenas and motions, case management of files, organization/indexing of client documents
• New Jersey State and Federal electronic filing and other tasks as required.
• Experience with gathering, processing, reviewing, and managing the production of documents and electronically stored information (“ESI”) in connection with litigation is required, as is the familiarity with electronic software packages such as Relativity and/or Everlaw.
