Business Solutions Manager | Adams & Martin Group

A growing national law firm seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to join its Downtown LA office. The Senior Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of business and commercial litigation, including trials, mediations, and arbitrations. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience and recent courtroom exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Review and analyze electronic and hard-copy discovery
• Assist with trial prep: exhibits, witness binders, electronic presentations
• Maintain case files, chronologies, and indices
• Manage logistics: war room setup, courtroom materials, and exhibits

Requirements:

• 5+ years of civil litigation defense experience
• Paralegal Certificate or BPC 6450 compliance
• Trial experience preferred

This litigation paralegal position offers a hybrid schedule, strong benefits, and a collaborative environment. Salary range: $105K-$120K plus annual discretionary bonus, based on experience.
