Trueline Talent’s client, a boutique construction law firm in Henderson, NV, seeks a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support construction litigation and arbitration from filing through trial. This onsite role offers a competitive base and discretionary bonus, with a focus on precision and teamwork.

The Senior Paralegal will handle e-filing, lien work, discovery, and trial prep, working closely with attorneys to manage deadlines and case materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally 5+ years.
• Familiarity with Nevada law and Nevada court procedures.
• Strong command of the litigation process, including e-filing, discovery, and calendaring.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple attorneys and matters.

Responsibilities

• Support construction litigation and arbitration matters from filing through trial.
• Prepare and file documents electronically and manage e-filing deadlines.
• Prepare discovery templates and documents; organize discovery materials.
• Finalize briefs, motions, and exhibits for filing.
• Track and manage court deadlines and calendaring across a busy caseload.
• Communicate with opposing counsel and staff on scheduling and case logistics.
• Assist for arbitrations and trials, including exhibits and witness materials.
• Maintain organized case files and adapt to growing caseloads.
