Job summary

Sivadconsulting in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy, partner-led team handling employment and complex civil litigation matters. The role is 4-day onsite with a strong emphasis on deadlines, drafting pleadings, and discovery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, bluebooking proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple matters and large document productions. Big law experience is a plus; paralegal certificates are not required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience; ideal range 5–12 years.
• Defense-side experience in complex civil litigation; employment law a plus.
• Stable work history and long-term career commitment; big law experience is a plus.
• Bluebooking experience strongly preferred or quick ability to learn current edition.

Responsibilities

• Support partners and attorneys on employment and complex civil litigation cases from start to finish.
• Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas and correspondence.
• Bluebook citation check and cite-checking for briefs.
• Coordinate discovery, document productions, deposition summaries, and exhibit prep.
• Manage multiple matters with overlapping deadlines and daily billing.
• Prepare deposition summaries, trial binders, and witness files.
• Assist with hearings, trials, and client meetings; conduct legal research.
