  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting complex commercial litigation, securities matters, or government investigations.
  • Extensive trial preparation experience and managing exhibits/witness materials.
  • Strong knowledge of federal/state court rules and e-filing.

Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, investigations, and trial preparation.
  • Prepare and coordinate federal/state filings including e-filings.
  • Manage discovery processes, document review, privilege logs, and depositions.
  • Conduct legal research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and other platforms.
  • Assist with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trial prep including exhibits.
  • Maintain organized case files and document management systems.
  • Analyze large case data using eDiscovery tools like Relativity.
  • Coordinate with attorneys across multi-jurisdictional matters.
  • Review motions and court submissions for accuracy and citations.
  • Mentor junior paralegals and support staff.

The Senior Paralegal will play a critical role supporting complex commercial litigation, securities matters, and government investigations from discovery through trial. Description
  • Support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, investigations, and trial preparation.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate sophisticated federal and state court filings, including e-filings.
  • Manage discovery processes, including document review, productions, privilege logs, and deposition preparation.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and other research platforms.
  • Assist with hearing, deposition, arbitration, and trial preparation, including exhibits, witness materials, and case binders.
  • Maintain and organize case files, databases, and document management systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Analyze and manage large volumes of case-related data using eDiscovery tools, including Relativity.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and cross-functional teams to track deadlines and support complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
  • Review motions, briefs, and court submissions for accuracy, formatting, and citation compliance.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior paralegals and other legal support professionals.
Profile
  • A successful Senior Litigation Paralegal should have:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably within a large law firm environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting complex commercial litigation, securities matters, or government investigations.
  • Extensive trial preparation experience, including managing exhibits, witness materials, and courtroom logistics.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal and State Court rules, procedures, and e-filing requirements.
  • Experience with eDiscovery platforms, including Relativity, and large-scale document review projects.
  • Advanced legal research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and related research tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across legal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance legal environment.
Job Offer
