Job summary

A prominent, long-standing law firm in Las Vegas seeks an experienced litigation paralegal to handle complex civil and commercial litigation matters. The candidate will draft pleadings, manage calendars, and work closely with attorneys.

Requirements include 5+ years of paralegal experience in litigation, strong research and writing, knowledge of Local Rules and Civil Procedures, and solid discovery skills. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and experience with case management and e-filing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal.
• Ability to work on complex litigation cases.
• Draft pleadings and manage discovery with attention to deadlines.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Local Rules and Civil Procedures.
