Position Overview

The Senior Litigation Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting attorneys in all aspects of litigation, focusing on personal injury, products liability, construction, and medical malpractice cases. This position involves extensive case management, legal research, and preparation of legal documents to ensure the effective handling of cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys in trial preparation and case management
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all case-related activities
• Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings
• Prepare trial exhibits and assist in trial proceedings
• E-file documents with the court as required
• Communicate with clients and witnesses to gather information and provide updates on case status
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited program
• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury and products liability
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
• Experience with case management software and e-filing systems
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
