Harvest Technical Services is seeking a Senior Legal Assistant contractor for the Litigation team in Houston, supporting attorneys in both Houston and California with high-level administrative and litigation tasks.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, experience with TeamConnect and iManage, and the ability to manage deadlines, draft documents, and coordinate travel and expense reporting under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of legal administrative experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High initiative, independence and ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration across levels.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring reports and presentations using Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics, visas and itineraries.
• Track expenses and compile reports in CTREX.
• Perform high-volume data entry and matter updates in TeamConnect.
• Draft, format and revise legal documents under deadlines.
• Use Word track changes to edit documents and assist in correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and prepare presentation materials.
• Process e-billing, invoices and vendor setup in TeamConnect and related systems.
• Work in iManage to upload, review and research documents.
