The ideal candidate will possess a JD from an ABA-accredited school, Texas Bar admission, exceptional writing and advocacy skills, and a track record of delivering strategic, client-focused outcomes in a high-achievement culture.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of active litigation experience in commercial and real estate matters.
• Extensive trial experience and ability to lead complex litigation from inception through resolution.
• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Strategic thinker with proven leadership and mentorship ability.
• Strong leadership and client management skills with innovative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex litigation: manage and lead high-stakes commercial and real estate matters in Texas courts.
• Serve as a key advisor to clients and the firm, providing strategic direction on complex issues.
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with attorneys to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and proactive communication throughout litigation.
• Oversee a substantial caseload with timeliness and successful outcomes.
• Participate in business development to expand the firm’s litigation practice.
