Job summary

Confident Search Consultants seeks an experienced eDiscovery professional to manage electronic evidence, apply RelativityOne analytics, and support complex litigation matters. You will collaborate with attorneys and project managers to deliver accurate, secure, and timely results.

The role requires five years of litigation support experience with Relativity and analytics, strong scripting ability, and proficiency in EDRM concepts, producing high-quality work under deadline pressure.

Qualifications

• At least five years of litigation support experience using Relativity and advanced analytics in a law firm or eDiscovery service provider environment.
• Advanced RelativityOne proficiency, including workspace management, analytics, and scripting.
• Working knowledge of EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Experience with electronic data processing, document production, quality control, and evidence tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet manipulation.
• Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills when supporting attorneys and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Partner with attorneys and project managers to translate case needs into practical data workflows.
• Apply RelativityOne analytics, AI, and scripts to improve review efficiency and solve workspace challenges.
• Manage electronic evidence through intake, processing, loading, production, and archival.
• Configure and maintain RelativityOne case databases and support users.
• Validate data and deliverables through quality control checks.
• Protect confidential information through secure storage and chain-of-custody documentation.
