The role demands advanced knowledge of court rules, strong QC/ risk management, and the ability to resolve complex filing issues while maintaining client confidentiality in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of court structures and civil procedure.
• 5+ years of litigation docketing and court filing experience.
• Expertise with NY, NJ, and DE jurisdictions and their procedures.
• Proficient with Milana/CompuLaw and e-filing databases (PACER/ECF, NYSCEF, NJ eCourts, Delaware courts, Odyssey).
• Strong data management and document handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electronic filing of pleadings, motions, and complex documents in federal/state courts nationwide.
• Serve as resident expert on NY, NJ, DE filing logistics and court protocols.
• Advise attorneys and paralegals on local court rules and filing requirements.
• Resolve electronic filing rejections and docketing discrepancies.
• Maintain bar admissions knowledge to assist compliance.
