Qualifications

• 7+ years of litigation experience (law firm experience required).
• California Bar membership required.
• Experience managing high-volume dockets and multi-jurisdiction litigation.
• Experience in regulatory, consumer, products liability, trade secrets, and employment areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume docket of coordinated and parallel proceedings across jurisdictions.
• Support international investigations and regulatory inquiries.
• Collaborate with and manage outside litigation counsel.
• Advise cross-functional teams on litigation strategy and risks.
• Coordinate internal discovery activities and subpoena responses.
• Address pre-litigation disputes.
• Assist with internal investigations.
• Support Legal department projects and initiatives.
