RecruitPod Global LLC in Cleveland seeks a Senior or Partner Level Litigation Associate with 5–10 years of experience in commercial, corporate, real estate and business litigation to join our team.

The ideal candidate will manage direct client interaction, handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances, and help shape case strategy. Must possess strong knowledge of Ohio and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence, with admission to the Ohio bar.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial, corporate, real estate and business litigation.
• Direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility for litigation matters.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances and case strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of the Ohio and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
• Admission to the Ohio bar is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
