Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume email correspondence from clients, attorneys, and staff.
• Oversee heavy caseload with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain regular client communication with status updates and follow-ups.
• Monitor dockets, calendars, deadlines, hearings, and discovery dates.
• Track outstanding tasks, attorney requests, client deliverables, and upcoming deadlines.
• Coordinate discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and other events.
