Law Firms is looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its Casualty, Professional Liability & Business Litigation group. This remote (100%) position offers meaningful ownership of matters within a well-established civil litigation practice.

The ideal candidate holds a JD, California Bar admission, and about 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with proficiency in Westlaw and a track record in serious cases. Bonus opportunities and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the California Bar and eligible to practice law in California.
• Approximately 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Westlaw.

Responsibilities

• Handle matters from initial research and pleadings through negotiations, hearings and trial.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance litigation team with ownership of matters.
