Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Maryland license to practice law (in good standing)
• Several years of hands-on civil litigation experience
• First chair or significant second chair courtroom and deposition experience
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Experience managing a caseload independently from intake through trial
• Comfort building long-term client relationships
• Familiarity with Maryland state court procedure; federal/appellate experience a plus
• High level of professionalism and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation from intake through trial or resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft briefs, and prepare for depositions.
