Abrams Fensterman, LLP seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney with 2-3+ years of experience to join our growing White Plains office. You will handle litigation matters, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, conduct research, and support hearings and trials in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to high-quality client service in a busy litigation practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in New York.
• State and federal court litigation experience.
• 7+ years of experience in litigation.
• Must be detail and deadline oriented.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and prioritize work tasks in an effective manner.
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• ADR and administrative tribunal experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsabilités
