Qualifications

• Licensed in Maine
• Minimum 5 years of litigation in family law, civil, or criminal defense
• Substantial courtroom and trial experience
• Strong courtroom presence, legal writing and client communication
• Ability to manage a caseload independently within a collaborative team
• Interest in mentoring and leadership

Responsabilités

• Independently manage a diverse caseload in primary practice areas
• Serve as lead counsel in trials, hearings, and mediations
• Develop case strategy, negotiate, and advocate for clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlements
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients
• Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with paralegals and intake staff
• Contribute to firm-wide improvements and business development
