The position emphasizes drafting briefs, motions and memoranda, reviewing and drafting discovery responses, and analyzing discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting, while upholding the firm's values and delivering high‑quality work in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions.

Responsibilities

• Drafting briefs, motions and memoranda.
• Reviewing and drafting discovery responses.
• Analysis of discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
• Prepare deposition outlines.
