Qualifications

• JD required and admitted to bar in the jurisdiction you are applying in.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience drafting litigation documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions and memoranda for litigation matters.
• Review and draft discovery responses and manage discovery analysis for strategy.
• Prepare deposition outlines and assist in motion practice and strategy.
