Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Senior Attorney specializing in Litigation for its Class Action subgroup in Philadelphia, PA. This non-partnership track role is open to candidates across the United States, with a preference for those based in the New York metropolitan area.

Responsibilities include drafting briefs, motions and memoranda; reviewing discovery responses; analyzing discovery to inform case strategy; and preparing deposition outlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in litigation.
• Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss and summary judgment motions.
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Review and draft discovery responses.
• Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
