Qualifications

• Experience drafting litigation documents (motions to dismiss; summary judgment).
• Bar admission in the jurisdiction of application.
• JD degree required.
• Ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Review and draft discovery responses.
• Analyze discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting.
• Prepare deposition outlines.
