Aufgaben

• Serve as a Senior Litigation Attorney for multiple boards in hearings.
• Conduct substantive legal research into disciplinary actions and respond to motions, orders, and settlement documents.
• Prepare for and conduct appeals and motion hearings before state courts.
• Lead a team of attorneys and staff, supervise caseloads and provide guidance.
• Attend review meetings, assist with subpoenas, manage case meetings, and advise on regulatory changes and strategic planning.
