Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and MA Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience, civil litigation preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills with trial experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload with autonomy in collaboration with partners.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw to support strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and correspondence.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, depositions, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic counsel in business, real estate, trusts and estates, and employment matters.
• Develop case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Engage in client meetings and serve as trusted advisors.
• Stay current with laws and trends to advise accurately.
