Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal court.
• Training at a leading law firm, litigation boutique, or government practice preferred.
• Strong research, writing, judgment, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases and litigation components with increasing independence.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and substantive briefs.
• Oversee written discovery and motion practice.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and client strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development.
