The role requires 3-5 years of experience and Illinois state and federal bar admission. You will work with partners on complex commercial matters, draft pleadings, conduct depositions, and participate in trials and mediations.

• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed attorney.

Responsibilities

• Work with partners in complex commercial litigation matters, including meeting with clients, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, propounding and responding to discovery, conducting research, writing motions, making court appearances, arguing motions, participating in trials and arbitrations.
