Taft is seeking an experienced Litigation Senior Associate to join its Detroit office.

Taft is seeking a Senior Associate with at least 6 years of complex litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, courtroom appearances including arguing motions, handling depositions, handling trials, and arbitration hearings (first or second chair), and developing, researching, and executing overall case strategy. The ideal candidate will have excellent academic and professional credentials, superior research and persuasive writing ability, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.
