You will draft reference outputs, develop rubrics, and contribute to world-building across high-stakes commercial disputes. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as litigators, direct ownership of complex matters, and fluency with litigation tooling and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a litigator or trial attorney at a top firm or in-house team.
• Direct ownership of complex commercial matters with trial or arbitration experience.
• Fluency with litigation tooling and understanding of procedure, discovery, and evidentiary rules.

Responsibilities

• Construct litigation scenarios covering pre-trial, discovery, trial strategy, and settlement/arbitration paths.
• Build tasks across commercial, complex, and class-action litigation, discovery, and evidence management.
• Develop scenarios involving e-discovery platforms and deposition/trial prep tools used on major matters.
• Apply case strategy, discovery/evidence analysis, and motion drafting to standard rules for US and international tracks.
• Author rubrics distinguishing authentic litigation judgment from generic recall.
