Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Expert-level Linux systems administration and enterprise infrastructure design.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and advise across the organization.
• Experience with Red Hat Linux including KVM and clustering.
• Experience with AIX.
• Familiarity with Unix.
• Familiarity with VMware.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery and high availability in cloud environments - Oracle OCI and Microsoft Azure.
• U.S. Citizenship and U.S. residency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Systems Administration across the account, aligning designs with business objectives.
• Design high-availability Linux solutions (Red Hat clustering, KVM, Unix environments).
• Develop migration strategies, roadmaps and BOMs for Linux/Unix environments.
• Coordinate transition planning with account teams and DR practices.
• Contribute to DR documentation, runbooks, and recovery testing.
• Remediate daily incident tickets and ensure system compliance and reliability.
