Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field required.
• 3+ years Linux administration experience.
• Knowledge of SLES, Ubuntu or RedHat Linux—design, operations, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for system improvements, optimization, and deployment plans.
• Perform implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Linux & Windows systems to ensure maximum up time and optimal refresh intervals.
• Review error logs and reported errors; seek solutions and apply fixes.
• Coordinate with support providers; act as the single point of contact for services.
• Implement security best practices within system design and coordinate with security teams.
• Plan upgrades and maintenance projects, including cost analysis and scheduling.
• Provide documentation, training, and team guidance.
