You will primarily design, build, and deploy advanced compute and storage solutions within a low latency environment. Your role includes managing Linux systems and working on storage solutions involving GPFS, NFS, and Weka.

The ideal candidate should possess strong Linux expertise, configuration management experience, and familiarity with observability tools. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong Linux experience required.
• Experience with Chef or Ansible for configuration management.
• Familiarity with GPFS, NFS, and Weka storage systems.
• Basic programming skills in Python, Go, or Rust.
• Experience with observability tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Knowledge of Agile and CI/CD practices.
• Degree in a relevant subject is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy compute infrastructure.
• Manage petabyte-scale storage systems efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain large-scale Linux systems.
