Job summary

You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability, security, and performance in a regulated environment, driving infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10 years in IT infrastructure supporting Linux, with at least 5 years in automation development.
• Proven experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible or GitHub.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python or shell scripting to guide the team.
• Experience mentoring teams through DevOps transitions and coding practices.
• Strong collaboration with storage, networking, security and product teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Platform Support: Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers and applications; monitor uptime and analyze issues.
• Drive Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (Bash, Python) to automate tasks; build Ansible playbooks.
• Strategic Planning: Define infrastructure roadmaps with cross-functional teams to align with goals.
• Ensure Compliance and Security: Implement policies, perform audits, and maintain secure, compliant systems.
• Innovate and Improve: Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies for resilience.
